Das Portal werbeagentur.de sieht sich als Vermittler zwischen Agentursuchenden und den bei uns gelisteten Agenturen. Werbeagentur.de behauptet sich seit mehr als 3 Jahren als kompetenter Dienstleister auf dem Markt der Werbeagentur-Verzeichnisse. Hinter werbeagentur.de steht ein freundliches, motiviertes dynamisches Team mit serviceorientiertem Denken. Wir pflegen einen direkten, unkomplizierten und menschlichen Kontakt zu unseren Agenturen und Kunden.
Datenschutz
Wir sehen es als selbstverständlich mit Ihren Daten diskret umzugehen. Ihre Daten werden ausschließlich vertraulich an die vermittelten Agenturen abgegeben. Ihre Email-Adresse nutzen wir um Sie mit Hilfe eines Newsletters über praktische Tipps und neuen Serviceleistungen der der ECOMARS GmbH zu informieren. Wenn Sie diesen Service nicht in Anspruch nehmen möchten, werden wir dies natürlich entsprechend vermerken.
Kostet das Einstellen einer Projekt-Anfrage etwas?
Nein, das Einstellen einer Anfrage ist vollkommen kostenlos. Sie gehen keinerlei Verpflichtung ein.
Welche Arten von Anfragen gibt es?
1. EXPRESS-Anfrage: Diese Anfrageart können Sie als Agentursuchender nutzen, wenn Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts auf unserem Portal nur wenig Zeit haben. Wir rufen Sie später an und klären vor Veröffentlichung die fehlenden Angaben mit Ihnen ab.
2. Angebots-Anfrage: Anfrage wird von Unternehmen genutzt, wenn ein konkreter Bedarf vorhanden ist. Agenturen erhalten Ihre Anfragedaten und machen Ihnen Ihrem Bedarf entsprechend Angebote.
3. Pitch-Anfrage: Diese Anfrage kann nur von Unternehmen mit großen Werbebudgets ab 50.000 Euro genutzt werden. Bei Nutzung dieser Anfrageart sollte das anfragende Unternehmen möglichst detaillierte Vorgaben machen und sich besonders auch Gedanken zum Pitch-Honorar für die Agenturen gemacht haben.
4. EXPRESS-Anfrage aus "Agenturen": Sie informieren sich über Ihre Wunschagentur fragen im Anschluß über ein Eingabeformular direkt bei der Agentur Ihrer Wahl an. Ihre Anfrage wird nur dieser einen Agentur zugestellt.
Seit kurzem bieten wir Ihnen in den Agenturprofilen der Premium-Mitglieder neben der Express-Anfrage auch die Möglichkeit des Callback-Services. Hier werden Sie zu Ihrem Terminwunsch direkt von der kontaktierten Agentur angerufen.

Ist es möglich, als Agentur nach der Anmeldung noch ältere Auschreibungen zu erhalten?
Nach der Anmeldung hat eine Agentur Zugriff auf alle Anfragen / Ausschreibungen, die noch nicht älter sind als 7 Wochentage und die der ausschreibende Kunde als öffentlich deklariert hat. Zusätzlich müssen Übereinstimmungen der Anforderungen mit den Leistungen, Kenntnissen und der PLZs der Agentur übereinstimmen.
Warum ist es für eine neu angemeldete Agentur nicht möglich, Anfragen / Ausschreibungen einzusehen, die älter als 7 Wochentage sind?
Weil eine Kontaktaufnahme, bezogen auf z.B. eine Anfrage, die schon vor mehr als einer Woche eingestellt wurde, nicht zeitnah - und daher auch nicht im Sinne des anfragenden Unternehmen ist.

What is www.werbeagentur.de?
The portal werbeagentur.de (translated to English = advertising-agency) sees itself as a mediator between companies which are looking for an advertising-agency and the agencies listed with us. Our portal defers from similar portals by the unique automated inquiry service. Our alignment-system helps the agency searching company to find in an automated exact match process. The platform exists since more than 3 years as a competent marketing instrument for more than 2500 companies who used our service to find the right agency. The people behind werbeagentur.de are a team of young (22 years) to less young (56 years) people with service-orientated thinking and fun at work. We maintain a direct, uncomplicated and human contact to our agencies and customers.
Data protection
Naturally your data is protected on our servers. If you start an inquiry on our portal, your data will be send exclusively and confidentially to the agencies who match to your details. We only use your email address to send our newsletter with practical hints to inform and new service achievements that the ECOMARS GmbH or its partners have currently developed. If you don’t want to obtain our newsletter, we will note this accordingly. If you want your data deleted, only send as a short e-mail with instructions which data to remove.
Are there any fees for the companies who use our inquiry-services?
No, every form of inquiry is completely free of charges. We are financed by regular monthly membership fees by the agencies who are members on our portal. Also in case you sign the contract with an agency, there will be no commissions, neither for you, nor for the agency. Therefore there is also no need to never prefer any agency.
Which kinds of inquiries are at your service?
2. Offer inquiry: This inquiry is used by companies, if a concrete need is present or planned in the future. Agencies receive your inquiry data and submit offers according to your need.
3. Pitch inquiry: This inquiry is only available to companies with large advertising budgets beginning with 50,000 €. If you use this form of inquiry, the system requests detailed specifications in form of a short briefing. You define if the fitting agencies are allowed to contact you or if you prefer to select the agencies on basis of our matching-system. Particularly well you should think about the Pitch-Fee you are willing to pay the agencies for the amount of time they invest in the preparation of your project-presentation. If you are unsure, which Pitchfee to define, we readily assist you to find a fee according to your project details. If you don’t want to pay a fee, please don’t use the pitch inquiry, but the Offer-Inquiry.
4. EXPRESS-inquiry out of agency-profiles: In case you want to search agencies by yourself, you can use our agency-listing. Here you are able to select the agencies according to your needs and inform yourself by viewing the agency-profiles. If you found fitting agencies, you are able to contact these out of the agency profile by using the form“EXPRESS-Anfrage”. This inquiry will be send only to this particular agency.

Which membership models there are on werbeagentur.de and what are the terms of notice?
1. There are two kinds of memberships. Listing only – You register your agency in our agency listing. In this membership, you have no access to inquiries; solely EXPRESS-inquiries out of your agency-profile are possible. The fee for this membership is a onetime registration fee of 59,- Euro.
2. Listing + Access to inquiries – You register your agency similar to listing only. Additionally you define your monthly fee by choosing the region and the specializations of your agency. This membership has the additional advantage, that the so called PREMIUM members (gold logo in agency-profile), are always top listed in alphabetical order above the regular listing members. Also, you receive automatically by e-mail inquiries who match exactly to your agency-profile. Additionally you have access to all inquiries, who match your region and your agency specialization, but where possibly a certain department does not match. The fee for this membership is a onetime registration fee of 59,-- Euro plus the monthly fee which results in the “Tarif-Rechner” according to the chosen details.If you need further information, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Is it possible for PREMIUM-members to access older inquries after the registration?
After registration, PREMIUM-agencies have only access to all inquiries/advertisements, which are not older than 7 days and have the status “green” and match exact the agency details.
Why is it not possible for a new registered premium-member to access inquiries which are older than 7 days?
An establishment of contact, related to an inquiry which is older than 7 days is not possible. The reason is that our system removes access to all inquiries which are older than 7 days. The companies who have placed the inquiry on our portal begin usually already a few days after the placement on our platform to select the agencies and we don’t want this process to be disturbed by additional agencies.
